HOW DO I JOIN THE RECOGNIZE ROYALTY PROGRAM?
Joining is simple! On the bottom left of the homepage, youโll see a trophy icon. Click on the widget and follow the steps to create an account. Once you sign up, youโll be automatically enrolled in our Royalty Program.

WHAT ARE ROYALTY POINTS, AND HOW DO THEY WORK?
Royalty Points are our way of giving back to our loyal supporters. You earn points with every purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts. The more points you collect, the higher your tier and the more benefits you unlock.
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
- Redeem points for exclusive discounts
- Move up through 5 membership tiers, unlocking bigger rewards
You can check your Royalty Points balance and available rewards by logging into your account.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR DISCOUNTS?
Whenever you're ready to use your points, go to the Redeemย page in your account. There, you can generate a discount code, which you can then apply at checkout.
REWARD REDEMPTION OPTIONS
Use your points to get discounts on full-price items:
- 100 points โ $10 off (Minimum full-price order of $50 required)
- 150 points โ $20 off (Minimum full-price order of $100 required)
- 250 points โ $50 off (Minimum full-price order of $150 required)
- 350 points โ $70 off (Minimum full-price order of $210 required)
- 450 points โ $100 off (Minimum full-price order of $350 required)
โ Discounts apply only to full-price items. Sale items are not eligible for point redemption.
WHAT DOES "PENDING POINTS" MEAN?
When you earn points from a purchase, they will remain in pending status for 1 day to account for returns or adjustments. Once this period passes, your points will be added to your balance and ready for use.
CAN I CANCEL A REWARD AFTER REDEEMING IT?
When a full refund is needed because of a canceled order, Recognize deducts the entire point reward that was granted as a reward when the order first took place.
IF I REDEEM POINTS, CAN I BE MOVED TO A LOWER TIER?
No! Once you reach a tier, itโs yours to keep. Even if redeeming points lowers your balance, your tier status remains locked in.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY POINT BALANCE?
Log into your Recognize account, and your Royalty Points balance will be displayed on your profile dashboard.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes, Active Points expire if they are not used within 12 months of your last purchase. To keep your points active, make at least one purchase per year.
